Common questions
Do I need a professional photographer?
No. You give Pyra one photo of your product and it builds the set, the lighting and the angle. Each of the six frames has its own written camera, composition and styling, and every environment carries its own six — the frames a luxury set returns are not the frames a white studio returns, deliberately: the angle that works against seamless white is not the angle that works on marble. And the product being photographed is the one in your photo, not something that resembles it.
Are the images good enough for Amazon and noon?
For your catalogue and your social feed, yes — and the white studio environment gives you a seamless white backdrop with no horizon line and no props. But a marketplace main image has a written specification, and the two disagree: Amazon wants a square, noon wants a 2:3 portrait. That is the Image Editing studio's job; it carries a preset for each that sets the canvas and the background to spec.
How many frames do I get?
You choose 1, 3 or 6, and the price moves with them — it is stated above. If a frame never arrives, Pyra returns its share to your balance automatically and you are not charged for it.
